We provide a wide range of staging and interior decorating services from decluttering your home to final touches on open house days and showings. We ensure that your home is immaculately presented for potential buyers. All our services are customizable to fit your needs and budget.
Virtual Consultation
Virtual consultations can take the form of a complimentary initial consultation to discuss and assess the client's needs.
It can also take the form of a 1 - 3 hour virtual meeting with our stager allowing you to confidently stage your own home. The stager will provide suggestions on staging principals such as furniture placement, focal points, paint colours, home decor and potential repairs, etc. You will work closely with the stager to address all your staging questions and concerns. A checklist will be provided to the client. Prices range between $150 to $300.
Occupied Property Staging
Occupied Property Staging includes an in person assessment where we walk through your home and take photos. Taking into account your budget, needs and goals we will provide suggestions on the key areas of your home that require attention and how your existing furniture and decor can be used to stage your home. Once retained, we will execute the staging plan for the duration of the contract (typically 1 month before contract renewal). We will provide our furniture and decor if needed. We will be available to do touch ups for all showings and/or open houses. Prices can vary between $275 and $499/room.
Design Consultation
Design consultations are in person meetings at your home. We will walk through your entire home as we assess your staging or interior design needs. We will provide suggestions on design principals, staging techniques, clutter, smells, potential renovations and anything that will allow you to stage your home impeccably for showings, open houses and real estate photography. A report and checklist will be provided to the client. Prices vary depending on location and length of appointments/size of home.
Vacant Property Staging
Vacant Property Staging will start with a walk through and assessment of the property. We will work with the client to address the staging needs of the home taking into account the target demographic and the end goal. We will
provide a comprehensive report of the design plan and will source all required furniture, decor and accessories. This service includes complete staging of the areas agreed upon on installment day, routine touch ups before showings and open houses, destaging and the removal of all furniture after closing day or at the end of the contract (which ever arrives first). Prices vary between $499 and $799/room.
Decluttering & Organization
If there is one thing we love more than interior design, it is organization. We know that not everyone shares the same enthusiasm as we do when it comes to decluttering your home. We provide decluttering and organization services that can be added to another service we offer or can be booked on its own. Like all of our services, we listen to our clients' concerns and do the best we can to address their needs. Prices range between $50 to $80/hour excluding cost of material. Interior Decorating
Your home is your oasis and we feel very strongly that it must meet not only your needs but your desires. Our Interior Decorating services are comprehensive and customizable. Our focus is on functionality, life style and comfort and our specialty is achieving these elements in the most aesthetically pleasing way. We will work with the client to gain a thorough understanding of their needs and style.
